If for any reason you do not wish to keep a product ordered on www.bonsana.ch, you may return new and unused items within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price of the products, minus shipping and handling fees. Items must be returned in their original condition. No refunds will be issued for used products.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please return the item to us within 14 days. We will refund the purchase price, including return shipping costs.
