Directions

1. Thoroughly wet hair
2. Work a walnut-sized amount of shampoo between your hands and massage it into the scalp—not the lengths
3. Rinse thoroughly
4. Apply conditioner to the lengths of the hair (not to the scalp), let it sit for 2–3 minutes, then rinse
5. For damaged hair, use as a treatment once a week instead of your regular conditioner—leave it on longer
