Cancellation Policy

Individual customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Business customers are excluded from this right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal for Private Customers

You have the right to cancel a contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods delivered by us.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not mandatory. Alternatively, you may inform us via the contact form by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from a contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

Cancellation of your order

An order can be canceled as long as it has not yet been processed by our logistics department. A cancellation must always be reported to our customer service. There are no cancellation fees associated with this. You can cancel your order. Contact our customer service via the customer service page or in your account, providing your order number. Without an order number, we cannot process your cancellation request.

PLEASE NOTE: Once the order has been processed by our logistics department, cancellations can no longer be accepted. Customers who have chosen to pay via PayPal must cancel their order through our customer service. Cancellations via PayPal will not be accepted. Any payment made will be refunded within 14 days.
