The MAD HIPPIE AHA Exfoliating Peel is a professional at-home peel containing alpha hydroxy acids derived from fruit sources. The combination of glycolic, lactic, malic, and tartaric acids exfoliates the skin’s surface, removes dead skin cells, and gives the skin an instantly visible glow.
Active Ingredients
- Glycolic acid (AHA) penetrates deepest and smooths the skin’s surface
- Lactic acid (AHA) provides additional moisture
- Malic and tartaric acids from fruit extracts provide a gentler exfoliating effect
- Salicylic acid (BHA) simultaneously cleanses the pores
- Green tea extract soothes and provides antioxidant protection
- Madecassoside reduces redness during exfoliation
What it does
- Visibly smooths rough, uneven skin
- Refines visible pores

Who it’s for
Normal, oily, and combination skin types with prior experience using AHAs. For rough skin, pigmentation spots, a dull complexion, or fine lines. NOT for very sensitive or irritated skin, or during an acute retinol build-up phase.
Application
In the evening, max. 1–2 times per week. Apply to cleansed, dry skin. Apply a thin layer, leave on for 3–5 minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water. Start with once a week for 1 minute, then gradually increase. It is essential to use SPF 30+ sunscreen during the day.
Caution
A slight tingling sensation during application is normal. If you experience severe burning, rinse off immediately. Ideally, do not use for the first time before important appointments.
DO NOT combine with
retinol (in the same routine), pure vitamin C serums, or other AHA/BHA products on the same evening.
