Cancellation policy
Private customers have a fourteen-day right of cancellation.
Business customers are excluded from this right of cancellation.
Right of cancellation for private customers
You have the right to cancel a contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods delivered by us.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. Alternatively, you can use the contact form to inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (dispatch information / return). We will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel a contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of your contract to:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Cancellation of your order
An order can be cancelled as long as it has not yet been processed by our logistics department. A cancellation must always be reported to our customer service. There are no cancellation fees associated with this. You can cancel your order. Contact our customer service via the customer service page or in your account, stating your order number. We cannot process your cancellation request without an order number.PLEASE NOTE: Once the order has been processed in our logistics department, cancellations can no longer be considered. Customers who have opted to pay via PayPal must cancel their order via our customer service department (Shipping Information / Returns). Cancellations via PayPal will not be considered and any payment will be refunded within 14 days.
